Driver didn't wear his seatbelt so the car beeped every few minutes the whole ride. Would've been nice if they had cleaned the snow off my car, rather than just leaving the windshield wipers on high.

We left our Chevy Suburban there for 6 days during the snow storm. When we returned, someone had jammed our truck up a huge, icy snow bank. When my husband backed the truck up, the whole front bumper came off. The guy at the desk had no authority and just kept telling us that idiots work there. We left our information for the owner who was supposed to call the next day and did not. My husband has tried to reach him four times with no success. This is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth it!!!!! Terrible experience.
