This was the first time I had my car detailed. The car was only a couple of years old and in pretty good condition except for a few stains on the seats. They did a great job vacuuming and cleaning the vinyl surfaces. Within about 2 weeks of servicing, however, the car had a mildewy smell and the stains that were on the front seats were visible again.

They did a poor job. Used a slick product that made seats very slippery and dangerous when stopping and starting, slid all over the place. Car was not cleaned as good as I thought it should have been. I assume they knew I used a Groupon so they did a quick job instead of a full detail. I would not recommend this company.

I have called and spoken with a Groupon representative regarding this visit so it should be on record. I will add that since the visit, the owner has called and tried to correct things.

POOR CLEANING. FLOOR MATS DRENCHED AND THROWN IN BACK OF VEHICLE. SIDE PANEL WAS HANGING LOOSELY. KID DID GLUE IT BACK ON. BUT IT CAME OFF NEXT DAY. VAC FAIR. DIDNT SPOT CLEAN ANYTHING. WAS NOT IMPRESSED. WILL NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.
