This hair salon was the worst I have ever been to. The girl Liz that colored my hair did the worst job. I think she was new.She did not do the color, cut or style that I asked. I cried all the way home. They stated the reason the red color did not lift in my hair was because it was dark. They said it would be more expensive to fix what what they did. And also hurried me out the door because her next client was waiting. This was the first time I dyed my hair and also the worst experience. I wasted my time and money. I should have never gone there. I showed them a picture of what I wanted exactly. I am so disappointed and now I have to find somewhere to fix my hair for the holidays.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating at the salon. However, I got a shellac manicure with my groupon and the lady was so rushed to finish me. My polish fell off only a few hours later. All nail polish was off within two days and we all know shellac lasts two weeks! I just felt I didn't get good service for what we deserved. Even my sister came with me and paid full price and hers still began to fall off like two days after the manicure. Seemed like a good hair salon but nails are clearly not their thing. I will say my mom had a different person (she was actually new) who did her nails and she did way better. Hers has not fallen off like my sister's and mine did, she took her time!
