Brian at BIg O tire desk was dealing with one customer at the desk and I was patiently waiting for my turn to hand in my car and discuss further work to be done. During that time, Brian answered the phone and stopped everything else he was doing to respond to questions from the caller, provide information about the company and its workload, and continued to what seemed like a job interview with the person who was intending to apply for a job. After 10 minutes I left after I stated to Brian that he should request that person come in and put in an application, and speak with the manager about the job and then say good bye so he could proceed to help the customers in front of him. He did not.

I have never ever been to this locotion,however,finding the place is a real headache.

Prompt and professional. They didn't try to upsell extra products like air filters and what not. Very happy with the experience. I will go back

Mr. Lube is much friendlier and is far more efficient. It seemed I waited 30 minutes before and service started on my vehicle.
