This Groupon was fulfilled my Massage Harmony. Jeremy did a good job on the massage. The appointment scheduling and communicating with Ari was not good. The day before my appointment I received a phone call at 5:15 p.m. saying that I had to confirm my appt by 7 p.m. Or it would be cancelled. If I did not call by 7 and did not show up for my appt,my Groupon would be cashed out. I was on my way to the gym and thankful that I checked my phone. Also, when I confirmed my appt, I was to.d that Suzanne would be my consultant. I was shocked when Jeremy came out and said he would do my message. They do not have anyone named Suzanne at this location. Not a good experience!

I bought my groupon in August and am unable to get an appointment until the end of the December. Fortunately, they had 1 opening left 5 days before my Groupon expires. To actually schedule the appointment, I had to call some 1-800 number and was on hold forever while they located the facility closests to me. I wish I could just get my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON!!!
