Very bad keratin treatment. My scalp itched soon after he put in some sort of conditioner. I have done keratin treatments for years now and this was the first time this happened. When I told him that, the iranian guy just put one of the heat bulbs on my head. Didn't help. And to boot, the treatment didn't have any sort of smoothening effect. Wore out after a few washes. When I called this guy he said - some girl who worked there signed them up for groupon and if I really wanted a good treatment I should not have used groupon. Plus, they charged me nearly 70 bucks over the advertised price!!!the the. When I called this guy (iranian guy don't remember his nane)

Both Sam and Shai were very pleasent. Cut and Botox treatment were exactly as expected and turned out great.

I am very disappointed ..the keratin treatment left my hair the same as curly and frizzy ..total waste of money .please never ever go to this salon ..they promised for straight hair for next 4 months .i didn’t even leave my hair straight for a day ..if anybody has to waste their money then please get ur hair done by Shai ..I did it before and was very happy with result but this time I am not happy
