The fitness instructor Iryna understands fitness and makes sure her classes are both hard work and fun. The nutrition experts Irina and Olga are very sweet in their dealings; they do promote Herbalife products quite a lot and it seemed like one has to buy the products as part of the challenge - while I did purchase the meal replacement shake upon their insistence, I feel like it shouldn't be pushed as much, as one joins the challenge for the fitness classes rather than the Herbalife products.
