At Excel Gymnastics, children 18 months or older tumble across gymnastics mats, vault over pommel horses, and bounce from pint-size trampolines during instructor-led classes and open-gym sessions. But jumping isn't the only way to reach new heights—the gym's hanging nets and rock-climbing wall give little ones space to clamber up to the tip-top of the expansive studio. Regardless of the activity, though, fitness and fun are always remain at the core of everything at Excel. And speaking of fun, the space also hosts private gymnastics-themed birthday parties that allow kids to navigate obstacle courses, dive into a pool of foam cubes, and confer about the latest leotard fashion trends.
