This is a good place to go if you're looking for variety. The instructor is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was not intimidating at all. The women in the class were very nice and at various levels of fitness.
I'll be going back soon!

For the stretch barre class, bring a foam roller if you have one. The class was very relaxing...a nice change from yoga. I'm excited to test out their other classes!
