I purchased a package of B12 shots, and then I came back and was told by MELISSA that the B12 shots were expired. I received the worst customer service, and now taking matters to court. Be very careful of this business. The owner Melissa will rip you off after your money has already been spent.

This client B12 had expired she comes back almost 2 months later. I gave her the paperwork where she signed that the B12 expired and I told her I would give her some of the B12 and she declined. I am not in business to rip people off. There are also guidelines that clients fail to follow.

My experience was just wonderful today the staff was very professional, understanding and they listened to me explain my situation. I even ask them personal questions to help me figure out what would be the best plan for my life style and for the goal I set for myself. I give them a 10 for my first visit and I pray our future will continue to be a rewarding experience. Thanks a million!

First- would not return calls and emails for appt. Groupon contacted them and I was emailed for an appt. initial appt. went well and they were very nice. Second appt.- receptionist was rude and not nice. Once i have finished my sessions- i will not return.
