I wasnt able to use my Groupon. They Redeemed it without me using it. They ruined my birthday. I have Receipt to prove it. They don't answer the phone. I think they scam & fruad!! I didn't get no service and they stoled from me!!+

This company is offering one price on Groupon but once you have purchased, you are charged an additional fee of $100-$250 more when you arrive for your appointment. Which is considered false advertisement and misleading information. Everything should be fully clarified on Groupon so customers have the right to be prepared before spending their hard earned money. Other than that the atv was fun

Hello Benjetta, We are sorry you had this impression. In the description of our Groupon offer, it is clearly stated that upon arrival there is an additional $50 fee, making the total cost of the ATV tour $100. Part of the payment is made through Groupon and the remaining amount upon arrival, as is common with many companies. We do not charge an extra $100-$250 as mentioned. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication.
