When you have a Groupon customer and you "surprise" them with a $20 "up charge" in my case for aadditional "processing" - why not tell me at the start of my appointment that it was going to be $20 extra and not surprise the me. When I asked what additional process you say stutter & say you have long hair when my hair is NOT long. I believe your a scam. Very Bad business ethics, especially when you want new customers. I will never recommend your salon, I will tell friends what you did and I'm glad I walked out without giving the stylist a tip since she was going to get $20 from me anyway- if you don't want Groupon customers DON'T advertise with them & then scam for extra money at the end.
