The manager was very rude. His disdain for Groupon users was very obvious. I did not feel welcomed but neglected. I didn't know what I was doing and was chastised for asking if my friend was OK during the session.

Staff consists of upper crust serving, stuck-up divas. Just based on emails and phone conversations alone! Egads. Soooo reluctant to go back. Such a contradictory environment considering what they should stand for. I can think of other studios way better, more sweet more inviting and nurturing. oh well.... I'm just glad the others exist!
