I had my vents cleaned but it wasn’t what I expected. The Groupon didn’t seem worth it as it says it is for sanitization and unlimited vent cleaning then I was told I’d be charged 100 dollars for sanitization and another 300 for the cleaning and another 200-300 for the dryer vent. The dryer vent cleaning was also more than other companies charge and it’s not that much work to clean these.. I expected the vents to be opened and cleaned out as some companies do but they were just wiped down and had chemicals blown into them. There was a mess left underneath the vents which I would have expected to have been cleaned up after. The technician was very nice but for the cost of the service I felt it was over priced and misleading. Didn’t feel right to be charged for things the Groupon said it would cover. A friend used another company for vent cleaning which prompted me to try this but they seemed to have a much better service.
