They are super friendly, but you need to be at a certain level of fit already to make these classes do-able.

I bought the Groupon for my husband. I've been a member for over a year, and I love it. The instructors are great - very supportive and encouraging, always enthusiastic. Other members are also helpful and supportive. A great fitness environment.

space isn't big, classes are frequently full (or cancelled). floor is concrete covered w/carpet, not friendly to sh'bam (like zumba) or step as this causes shoes to stick or 'trip' and uncomfortable surface for their bodyflow (tai ci/yoga/pilates). instructors are friendly (for classes I've been able to attend) but lead classes rather than teach (no correcting poses, form, etc...). also classes are the same in the 'cycles' so little variety. if you are looking for working different muscles or learning new things, you have to wait until the new releases. you will 'master' certain moves/steps/routines, but in my opinion it gets mundane. I could use dvds and have the same thing.
