What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The dinner is created and executed by two chefs. The dinner is for 12-15 people. Your table is placed next to the kitchen in hope for the diners to be able to get up and view the plating of your next course. This brings all the guest together to make the meal more of a culinary experience.
How would you describe your atmosphere?
Our setting is very different than what you would find in a normal restaurant. We use a kitchen Commissary for our space. This lets us create our own relaxed environment. We produce michelin quality food in a style of dining that lets you feel relaxed rather than afraid to ask questions.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are owned and operated by two chefs who love to cook. We wanted to create a dining experience that would bring all of our guests into the kitchen to view their meal as it is being created.
What do you love most about your job?
We get to create the food that we love and show the diners our skills in the kitchen
