I have already contacted Fairy Good Maids about my disappointment in their cleaning service. I also discovered yesterday that my Shark steam mop doesn't work - it was last used by FG Maids on 11/20/12. I purchased a Groupon that provided 3 cleaning services with FG Maids - they provided one service and cancelled the second service 1 1/2 days before the scheduled appointment (12/7/12) after I initiated the confirmation, claiming problems with Groupon in receiving payment. I plan to request reimbursement from Groupon for the 2 services not provided. I will not purchase a Groupon with Fairy Good Maids again.
