It would have been nice if the salon would have apologized to me in person when I arrived for having to reschedule. We all have busy lives and I scheduled this for my day off to enjoy and relax - but they called an hour before my appointment to tell me they could not accommodate me that day and I had to reschedule. That being said, everyone I encountered on my visit was friendly. And as I said the massage was just that great that it made up for the inconvenience.

It's a mid-range spa without all the thrills of an upper end spa. The advantage is location and that the results of the service was awesome. Faye does an excellent job!!

Place is very basic, the massage table was riggety and not particularly comfortable,and the massage itself was not that good, although it did last around 1 hour. Also, no hot towels are used and too much of your body is exposed at a time. I would not go back.

Believe they have potinial just need to pay better attention to detail. A spa feel was not completed, thought they were closed when I arrived no lights, or candles should have been given a robe and slippers, water with lemon told to keep robe on for facial. (If one was given a robe)! The facial was every well done just need to work on the DETAILS for coustomer. Seems like you may have a lot of compition in the area will need to step it up to get and keep new coustomers.
