Terrible, if I could give less than 1 star I would. I scheduled the appt a week prior for threads, when I walked in for my appt, I was told “they would never do just a few threads and that the Groupon was just to get people through the door” (illegal). From the time entered, no one seemed to know what they were doing, or could find my info/give an alt. reco. Rude as well when questioned.Beware.
