At CrossFit Evermore, a crew of certified coaches leads exercisers through functional-fitness workouts that help clients improve their health and physical performance. The team encourages participants to sweat and push themselves to better health through an ever-changing roster of movements known as the Workout of the Day, or WOD. Each day's workout might draw from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, or competitive thumb wrestling on any given day, all designed to sculpt physiques and improve fitness, regardless of age.
