About Xtreme Kickboxing
Kim Murray, the head instructor and founder of Murray's Martial Arts Centers, has been practicing martial arts since 1981. In that time he's mastered both isshin ryu karate and kobu-do and opened three Rochester-area schools. There he teaches adults and kids as young as 3 in the karate classes. Cardio kickboxing classes are also on offer, eschewing some of the philosophy of traditional martial arts classes to concentrate on calorie-burning kicks, punches, and cardio routines.

Amazing facility my son loves it. Great people to work with. Affordable. My cousin referred us and he loves karate and I’m ready to try kickboxing as well.

Got this groupon a while back and had such a great experience in my first three classes that I went ahead and signed up for a full membership before my six-class trial ended. All the instructors are very energetic, the facility is really clean and taken care of, and everyone is very welcoming. Would definitely recommend if you need a fun but intense workout!

The worst experience I have ever had the time i used this voucher. The instructor seemed like a bigot. I stopped attending classes after a lesson where the young white male instructor instructed the entire class to flip off me and the only other black woman for refusing to take a photo for their Facebook page. I don’t have Facebook and was not interested. He was racist. Not recommended

Had so much fun!! What a great workout! I wish classes were offered more frequently to fit my schedule, I can’t wait to come back!
