Nice office. Seems like they push for fat freezing when you get a consult. The front desk is nice but pre occupied. I was left in the room for 15 mins after the timer was off waiting for someone to come in. I had to get dressed and go to reception to let them know I needed to be set up for the other side. I also never recived progress measurements as discussed on every other visit. (Not one time)

I was nervous when I first came in. They put me at ease and thoroughly explained the procedure. I thought they were realistic with the projected results and I liked that they were not pushy about any extras. The facility is attractive and clean. The staff is friendly and kind. That meant a lot to me. I have had results from the Zerona.
