There are plenty of ways to get fit, and the instructors at T3 Fitness Energy recognize that. They offer group fitness classes that range from cardio barre and Zumba to boot camp and yoga. There's even variety among the yoga classes: power yoga, deep-stretch yoga, and Bootie Camp yoga all work toward different goals. For an action-packed workout, students can opt to get R.I.P.P.E.D.—the class title stands for Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet and Nutrition. Kids can even join in the workout fun during specialty yoga classes that introduce them to the practice in a playful way.
