Unprofessional, the service man was legitimately scary. What they advertise is a wash, wax, and thourough cleaning, and what they provided definitely was not that. My car was washed, the inside was cleaner, but by no means as clean as I would expect from a wash supposedly worth $120. I would not recommend this service to ANYONE.
