The first time they came, one man (I found out he was the owners son) was high. He just stood around doing nothing with a silly smirk on his face. The second time after I had spent hours moving things out of the way, one man came, the other, the owners's son did not come, so the work could not be done. There were countless other issues as well. In the end, half the job was done and half was left unfinished. Luckily, I only paid for what was done, but the living room/dining room looks ridiculous now. The owner has never called back. I am horribly disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone, just the opposite, I would say to stay clear.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They did a very poor job in our house. We wasted our money to them. They got their pay even before they did the job and left our house without us seeing their job. What a shame! Dont get fooled by them. They are not professionals.

before purchasing/scheduling my appointment I spoke to the owner and he explained the process in detail and I was satisfied with what I was buying. I was told that they would not sand down the top of the floor but they would use an industrial cleaner before the top coat was applied. When they came to do the floors they said that they don't clean the floor and only do to top coat. Was very disappointed about this, because I would have done that process myself if I had known.

SORRY BUT I DIDNT USE THEM.
