At Maiden Lashes & Brows you get the whole package! Besides offering a high quality product and service at an affordable rate, I would say the rapport I have with my clients is what puts me above and beyond the competition. The location isn't too bad either! Who doesn't LOVE downtown Rochester!!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration I had to start my own business is two fold: 1. My love for my family: I strive to make my children and husband proud and enjoy contributing to our well being. 2. My love for the beauty industry. I have always enjoyed making people feel beautiful.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to make people feel beautiful! It is such an intrinsically rewarding profession! I know it sounds corny but it truly doesn't feel like work. It is what I was meant to do!!!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I am not one to boast and am a pretty modest person. But to answer this question truthfully I would have to say that when one client broke down in tears when she saw her eyebrows after a microblading procedure. It really tugged at my heartstrings and made me feel like I did something good.
