Helpful customer service people - my Groupon was about to expire, and I had brought in only one item to have it cleaned - she encouraged me to find something else to dryclean, so that I'd get the full value of my purchase. Even though I didn't return until after the expiration date, they honored the Groupon because I had come in earlier - did a great job on my kilt!
