Too expensive!

While the staff are friendly, I don't feel they are knowledgable. The store is pricy and even with a 300 groupon, I ended up spending 700.00 for a pair of glasses. I checked another eye store and the same frames were less. Not impressed.

Prices are extremely high but it is a boutique optical store so be prepared. 300$ will not cover the price of any frame in the store. The reason I would not recommend them is that the customer service is horrible. I cancelled the order before it went to the lab and they filled it anyway. Since it was prepaid there was nothing I could do. I tried to talk with the staff and after a very lengthy conversation they went to the owners who did give me a 150.00 gift certificate. However there is nothing in the store under 150.00 so it was pretty much useless unless I put it towards glasses in the future which I will not.

Too expensive. Asked if they would adjust another pair of glasses for me (since I had just spent 900$+) & the guy literally looked at my purchase history & said "well, I guess you've spent enough with us, I can adjust these glasses. They pressure you into certain frames. Beware of costs!
