If your looking for a good workout that gets you sweating, heart rate going and some self defense moves to top it off. This is a great workout and very friendly people and establishment.

Absolutely love! I have been coming here for four months now and I absolutely see the changes in my body and skill level. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and the instructors know what they are talking about! It's a wide variety of people too, we have all ages and genders coming and getting a great workout.

The class was completely unstructured. The instructor was 10-15 mins late and was completely unprepared. We were suppose to have wraps for our hands which we didn't get and she was scrambling to come up with something for us to do. She didn't explain how to do things nor did she focus on correct techniques. She had her two little children there and although they were cute, the kids were running through us and pulling on our equipment- A woman in the class had actually kick her son on accident. The class was not instructed by her. We were working out completely on our own. I expressed my concern to them that the class was not structured and I was worried about getting injured because I know I wasn't using the proper technique. The class was suppose to be an hour long. Our "workout" were 10 stations she made up frantically only 3 were related to "kickboxing." We worked out for 2 minutes, then switched so our "workout" was basically 20 minutes of unstructured exercise that I could have just done in my living room. I would not recommend this to anyone and I would like a full refund. They are opening themselves up to a serious lawsuit. It's only a matter of time before someone gets injured from using poor form and wrong techniques due to the lack of instruction.

Extremely disappointed. Instructors 15 mins late. No welcoming to new beginners. Nothing was organized. No structure. Toddler running around on room while trying to work out. Nothing was explained or was shown how to do exercises. Majority of exercises werent even kickboxing related. This should not be advertised on groupon. Awful experience
