Trammel Thermo Massage, Rochester

Kendra is professional and personable, the location/parking is convenient and the environment is inviting. It's a small space but clean, neat and tidy with a calming decor. There is a waiting area/front desk, a bathroom and separate massage room(s). The massage room in nicely dimmed and a comfortable temperature. There is soft music playing and not an overabundance of scents. Kendra discussed reason(s) for the visit and provided beneficial feedback once massage was complete. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. The massage itself equaled the overall experience, excellent. She took what was discussed beforehand and applied it perfectly. She checked in regarding the pressure and table warmth, otherwise, let the peaceful music fill the air. At the end, a hot towel was provided to freshen up from any oil that may have remained; it was a nice touch. I feel as though Kendra not only provided relaxation, but therapeutic relief as well. Amongst Rochester's many massage therapists, I would highly recommend booking with Kendra.
