Upstate Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning, Rochester

I made an appointment as required for carpet cleaning with Upstate restoration. Usually, 2 technicians come to do cleaning. This time, just one kid showed up about one hour late. The first thing he did is breaking my water tap after asking for using water. He used another tap. Then he brought his equipment upstairs and left it there to run down for something else. Unfortunately, it was leaking and showering my furniture with this valuable shampoo. I had to move this part to the bathroom. He finished cleaning carpets about an hour ago. It took him about half an hour to clean stairs, a small hall and 4 bedrooms. Usually, it takes more than two hours for two people. But I have to confess; I did

My app't. was rescheduled and delayed more than twice due to broken van; the owner did the job; nice young man. However, he did not move back the couch that I moved away from the wall for him, so there is a 2 by 4 ft "unclean" area of my living rm. I'm also not convinced the brightener, freshener, and scotchguard was applied (he said it was "in the cleaning formula"-Didn't note any difference). Finally, I found a disgusting mess of hair and "yuck" plopped in my recycling bin, on top of my recyclables and on the street, and his cleaning "hose" produced a streak of "dead grass" on my lawn! Groupon was used as "credit" since it expired, so there was a significant additional cost. Not pleased.

After setting up the initial appointment, I never heard from them. They never showed up or called.
