Alev serves authentic, traditional Mediterranean cuisine in a family-friendly setting. Alev literally translates to fire in Turkish and the Turkish influence is seen throughout the dishes served. The recipes here are based on recipes that have been passed down through generations. One menu favorite is the kofte kebabs made with ground beef and lamb patties mixed with herbs and seasonings.
