Friendly atmosphere however on Groupon stated "Deep Conditioning Treatment and Cut and Style". I received a regular shampoo & conditioner and the hair spray she used made my hair sticky - so had to wash my hair when I got home. Cut was nice.

The water was cold. She said it takes awhile to heat up. I never got to find out because she was done washing my hair in about 10 seconds. Fastest shampoo I've had in my life! The cut was nice tho!
