The class is okay, but they don't ask questions or talk to you much at all. There is no teaching about how or what to do, no one seems to make sure your doing things correctly. Not great for a beginner with no real work out experience or someone who needs modifications.

The center is a fun atmosphere to work out in. I took advantage of an additional month and a half at the orientation. My only advise is to be aware there is a 30 day cancellation which was not discussed during the orientation. I ended up paying for a month I could not use.

Attended the orientation tonight. Felt a bit pressured to sign up for a full cost membership and to buy the nutritional supplements. Ugh!
And then the "welcome" email with my membership agreement had a name other than mine in the greeting.
I hope the workouts and nutritional coaching are more impressive than today's initial experience.
