The service was excellent. The tech don that came out was very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me excellent advice and recommendations. I would definitely use them in the future. The also keepnin contact before your visit as well

Our air conditioner was not working. My husband called before we bought the groupon to make sure it would work on services, he told them it was not running properly. We could not use the groupon because it was only good on tuneup service....(groupon actually says "$149 worth of services)So we paid Over $300 to fix our air. They did credit us the $79 we paid for the groupon because, they remembered the phone call-which pretty much says they mislead us. I would not have bought the groupon or used this company. They should have told my husband only tune up services when he called-or maybe state that on groupon instead of "services".
