I bought a 3 pack of pedicures through Groupon. When I showed up to redeem my 2nd pedicure that I had already paid for through Groupon, THEY REFUSED TO HONOR IT. The woman walked away from me after I asked why. I had to go through a whole process with Groupon to get refunded. The place is outdated and no frills, not missing much anyway.

Service was bad, employees complained a lot answered the phone while doing services and missed half the steps included in a pedicure. They had phone calls on speaker phone and talked very rudely to customers who were asking questions. They rushed all services and told us information regarding their business and how they weren’t making money bc of the Groupon. We left them a tip and they complained about how much we gave, online on their Facebook page it said that a buyer of their company backed out and now they’re trying to stay open but they have a very uncomfortable atmosphere and attitude.
