Do not use this groupon. The two guys who showed (an hour late) up were so rude and spent 15 minutes of our two hours filling paperwork. Then they loaded furniture into the truck one piece at a time. One chair, then one table leg, then one lamp, etc. My husband and I ended up loading 80% of the stuff. To top it all off the guy kept telling me to calm down and that my boxes were not properly wrapped and they were going to charge me extra to rewrap everything. We were moving within the same complex one mile away! This caused more stress than I can even explain via a review. Ps watch out there is an additional 119$ "travel" fee on top of this price as well.

I thinks it's unreasonable to advertise a coupon for services $129 then charge a extra fee of $139 before services will be rendered.

Horrible experience! I wouldn't recommend as they worked slow, repackaged most of my belongings which doubled the loading effort. They held our belongs hostage until we paid more than double the initial estimate.

This was my first experience hiring a moving company. I had high hopes that everything would go smoothly, and with moving already being stressful, this experience did not make things any easier. I scheduled an appointment for 2PM on a Thursday. Since I had a 2 hour Groupon deal (our new house was only 4 miles away), my husband and I brought all of the furniture down to the first floor beforehand (drawers out, things all broken down) for a quick and easy move. 2:15 rolls around, I call wondering where they are. The representative I spoke to informed me that I did not have a 2PM appointment (although the email that I received said I had a 2PM appointment) and that it was an arrival time frame of 2PM to 4PM. I said fine, and we packed some more during that time. 4:30 rolls around, still no truck. I called again. The representative let us know that the previous appointment ran long and that they will be there soon. It would have been nice if they could have informed us of this instead of me calling. While all of this is happening, my husband's family, who drove down from PA, had been helping us with the move and we promised that we would get dinner with them to thank them for helping us (Even with the truck coming "soon" past 4:30, we could get a 7:00-8:00 dinner still) Two hours pass by, still no truck. I call again at 6:00PM. We let the representative know the truck had still not come. They said they couldn't do anything about it. At this point, my frustration levels were high, I asked them if they could give me more specifics (where was this other job, are they unloading/still packing?). We had to cancel dinner plans (family ended up driving back to PA), and the weather was looking like it was going to rain. I asked if I could reschedule, they said the next available date was next week Saturday. I asked to speak with someone about this in more detail, and the representative told me I was free to file a complaint. Instead of trying to appease the situation, I guess it would be easier for the representative to not speak with me, and instead, just have me file a complaint. Interesting business model. Long story short, the movers arrived at 7:30PM. Instead of coming in and loading the truck right away, they said they had to wrap EVERYTHING (even though some things did not need to be wrapped). They charged for tape ($75! for packaging tape). It ended up raining, which also ended up costing us an extra hour of moving time ($139). Mind you, it did not rain from 2-6PM when they were supposed to come. In the end, our moving experience was supposed to be done by 4:00PM, but it ended up being done close to 11:00. I thought the Groupon would be a great deal and would save us some stress, but it ended up costing us ~$500, some dings in the furniture (even though they were "wrapped"), and half a day wasted waiting.

Complete rip off! Showed up very late, moved intentionally slow, charged an extra $140 for the drive, $150 for supplies & $140 per extra hour. Left my bed behind, had no tools (asked to use mine), put nothing where it goes, didn't put furniture toget

I made the mistake of not reading any reviews before buying the groupon deal for this company. Initially, Alfonse was very helpful in setting up the move and explaining the fee to me. I told him i had 1 room to move and where i was moving and he said tge move can easily be done in 2 hours. Moving day arriaved and my movers arried 40min late. I should have know it woulld be down hill from there. They movers complained that they had done 2 previous jobs earlier that day as to say they were going to be slow or unable to do a good job. They spent more time chatting... playing with my dogs... refusing to lift the heavy items ...and disappesring. I called and emailed to complain while the move took place. Noone got back to me and i was charged over 200 dollars. I called the next morning to follow up on the complaint and the supervisor was extremely rude as if my comolaint was unfounded and ridiculous. He said everyone who uses a coupon complains etc. Completely ignored my complaint until i told him i have video evidence. It was horrible. Spend your money elsewhere. .the coupon isn't worth it!

They grossly over priced the service and gave misleading estimates. An estimate for 4 hours ended up being an 8 hour move. From $400 to $700. And the one of the movers spent over an hour sitting around.
