Horrible experience. Didn't listen to me and did whatever they felt like doing including dyeing my hair the wrong color, frying it to change it to a better color then charging me extra as if I asked for them to mess up. Extra for the dye removal, extra for application of something "better" (which also was not what I wanted) and extra for the deep conditioning treatment they put on so that my hair wouldn't feel like straw. I absolutely was floored when they said I owed them hundreds of dollars above and beyond the Groupon. Won't ever go back here. If you value your hair and your appearance, STAY AWAY.
