BUYER BEWARE! Some examples: The groupon advertised cleaning w/o any time restrictions (which makes it stand out from other house cleaning offers). AFTER you purchase the groupon do you learn that they enforce a strict time limit. The groupon also refers customers to HouseWarmers' website for a list of all of the included services. AFTER you purchase, you learn that several of those services are not included. They are next to impossible to get a hold of and cancelled both of my appointments at the last minute with no apology for the inconvenience. I paid in advance for an "add on" service, and they just didn't do it. Most importantly: the cleaning job was terrible! Read Yelp reviews!

My experience may have been unique. There was a misunderstanding concerning the amount of time I purchased. Therefore, as it was explained, the cleaners were not doing a good job because they were rushing to get through. However, this was the second time I used this company and although, they were not very thorough the first time, I was willing to try again because of the groupon deal. I did speak with Ms. Dee, the manager, the second time. I did not complain the first time to the manager, but did have the cleaner go back and clean what they missed.

They are a horrible company to deal with. I called so many times, no one returned my call for an appointment. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was given an appointment 30 days out. On the day of cleaning they only spent about 45 minutes and informed me that in order to finish, I would have to purchase more time. Never again will I use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
