I visited 4 different facilities in the Maryland and DC area. All the classes were great! The only thing that bothered me was on my first time going to Georgetown I was told that only members could take the 5pm or 6pm class. I planned to take the 5pm class because when I called prior to, they said just bring your groupon and come to class. The guy working said that he would go ahead and allow me to take the 6pm class since I wasn't aware of the new policy. So I just sat on the floor for an hour waiting for the 6pm class to start. I think they should revise that policy and at least let some first-timers in those classes eventhough that is probably the busiest time of day. It really wasn't a good impression, but as I said before, the classes are awesome!
