Bought the deal because of need and price. Called for appt phone answered by a man who immediately said can you hold for a second?17min 20 sec later I hung up. Called back later,same problem . Finally got an appt by calling back 2 days later. went to redeem walked in to an empty office with one person at the desk. No hello,no smile,no good to see you what he said was " what can I do for you".told him I was there for my oil change. He said it would be at least two hours maybe more as he had cars in front of me. I said I wasn't happy but I would wait. He then said there would be an additional charge of $16 for shop supplies I said cancel the whole thing and left.when I got home I saw I was charged for the redemption i called the store and was told there was no way the transaction could be voided even though he fully agreed that no service was done. Now it's in the hands of Groupon!

Amazing staff and quick service!

I purchased the Groupon for a $60 synthetic oil change. The staff & service was fine but I was not pleased to hear that I still owed $15 (plus tax) beyond the amount I had already paid for my Groupon when the service was complete. Apparently the additional $15 was for shop fees & oil disposal. I had purchased the Groupon because it seemed like a good deal for a synthetic oil change but after paying the additional amount I left feeling disappointed and mislead.

With the groupon voucher/coupon for synthetic oil change and tire rotation, they only changed the oil and did not rotate the tires. Charged me $20.97 for miscellaneous fees. A good bit of time by the mechanic appears to have been used to find what other items the car might need and they gave me a list of items with the estimated cost. I get my car serviced by the dealer and most of these items have been serviced by the dealer. Not a good experience and I will be hesitant to go there again.
