If there was a zero start, I would use it. Will never go back or recommend it to anyone. They charged me $17 as "miscellaneous fees" so he Groupon saving was practically gone. Also, the deal included a tire rotation they did not do. When I requested the tire rotation, they said they will do it. They came after 5 minutes saying it was done. Expensive, arrogant and dishonest.

Following my recent service appointment, I observed that the tire rotation, as stipulated by the promotional coupon, was not performed. Consequently, I am requesting a full refund for the services rendered. My determination was based on the presence of brake dust on the front wheels, which was absent on the rear wheels.
