My first attempt to use my groupon voucher was denied because the manager was not there. The young worker did not get the order right and took a 10 minute break while preparing it.

The only downer is that the "owner/manager (?)" berated the young man who was waiting on us telling him he didn't know what he was doing from trying to put our order into the computer to scooping her "correct" amount of gelato. Where she didn't explain things to him, another younger employee did in a much nicer manner. This should not have been done in front of customers. The food is good and reasonably priced.
