Beginning in 2001 as a small fitness operation, Pure Barre has since blossomed into a widely acclaimed, widely publicized approach to exercise with a nationwide following. Each 55-minute Pure Barre class is broken into four sections (arms, seat, thighs, and abs) and set to customized music that rotates each week. Friendly staff responds immediately to emails and makes registration easy, clean environment, fun and fast paced class that is challenging. Parking was no problem on a Sunday morning.
