Not even worth another second of my time.

Upon purchasing the groupon, it took close to two months for them to answer my phone call to schedule my consultation. I had left numerous voicemails and called daily for months, but I never heard back from them, which was an issue for scheduling every time after that. Upon consultation, they were mixed up when I arrived as couldn't find me in the book. Finally they found it and took me in. It took another two months until I could have my first treatment. I was satisfied with the actual first treatment but the staff seemed up to their necks in clients ad were very unorganized. I scheduled my next appointment for 6 weeks later. Te day before my appointment they called and left a voicemail saying they had to cancel my appointment because the nurse was off that day. I called and called to reschedule but it took close to 3 weeks until someone answered the phone. They scheduled my next appointment, the reschedule, for what they said was the only day open-- a month and a half later. It was 3 months after my first treatment. The day before I wa to have this treatment, again I received a voicemail sayin the equipment was broken a they needed to reschedule. I have purchased other groupons before ad was always satisfied. I have also never written a review on a place before so this shows how I satisfied I was with shady grove. They are totally unprofessional and unorganized and shoul not be allowed to participate in the greatness of groupon.

The staff is very unproffesional. I was very disapointed. Took me more than 5 weeks to get an appointment, and when finally got one, i had to wait more than an hour to get treated. They dont pick up the phone or check their messages and if they do, they dont return calls. I would never recomend this place to anyone!!!

There are very limited appointment times and hard to connect with someone on the phone. They sold more groupons than they could handle.
