Terrible customer service. I was never able to redeem my Groupon. My problems registering for a class were detailed in two phone calls with staff, neither of whom was able to help me, I then sent a detailed email to the club. I never received any response to my email, either. So, the Groupon expired before I was able to use it, despite the fact that I first tried to redeem it more than a month in advance. If their woodworking skills are anything like their administrative/customer service skills, stay away!
