We teach French macaron baking classes and we make macarons for special events.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
While traveling we took baking classes in France. When we returned to the US we starting making macarons in Sonoma.

What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting people as passionate about French Macarons as we are.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We love seeing our students experience the satisfaction of baking their own French macarons.
