I FELT LIKE I WAS A INCONVIENIENT TO THE STYLIST. SHE WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY. I SPECIFICLY ASKED FOR CHUNKY HIGHLIGHTS & GOT STRANDS INSTEAD AFTER GOING INTO DETAIL. MAYBE BECAUS I HAD A GROUPON, SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED. I DON'T KNOW, JUST A GUESS?
