From dulce de leche to guava, eight fillings flavor Rachael's Cupcake & Café's scratch-made, preservative-free namesakes. They also make their way into regular-sized cakes, which the café’s team ices in vanilla merengue and molds into customizable shapes including mouse ears or a snare drum.
