What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Jewelry Services & Gifts offers every service to deal with your Jewelry, from your ultrasonic cleaning to resizing and soldering. For our watch repair we do it all from watch batteries to movement and crystal replacements. We do this all while offering you a great deal on over 30 different brands of sunglasses and watches.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Our founder was the VP for a very reputable jewelry company over 20 years ago and constantly sent customers away who wanted a repair service and not just a new piece of jewelry. He finally got tired of not satisfying customer needs and opened a location across from that jewelry store and began to help the customer they couldn't and now you have Jewelry Services, Etc.

What do you love most about your job?

We love to see the face on our customer when they unveil that piece we custom built from their design, refurbished an old family heirloom or even got a their favorite watch to work they never thought would work again. That is the best.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The most heartfelt reaction that stands with us are the tears. The memories that come back to them when we hand over that piece and it is exactly what it should be. That's how we know we nailed it.
